Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome. I am a counselor with a Master of Arts in Counseling (2021) and advanced training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT), and I am a member of the International Centre for Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy (ICEEFT). I work with individuals and couples facing anxiety, depression, OCD, bipolar disorder, grief, and relationship challenges. My approach is grounded in the belief that our emotional lives, though often overwhelming or confusing, are meaningful and can be understood and healed within a supportive therapeutic relationship. Together, we slow things down, make sense of what is happening beneath the surface, and move toward greater clarity, connection, and steadiness in your life and relationships.

My approach to therapy

I offer counseling to couples, adults, teens, and families. I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, and my approach to counseling is trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and rooted in interpersonal process theory.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, I will take time to listen to what has brought you to counseling and answer any questions you have about my approach or what to expect from the process. My aim is to create a space that feels steady, respectful, and non-judgmental. Collaboration and trust are essential to meaningful work, and we will begin building those from the start. We will also begin to identify what feels most important for you to address and how we might move toward that together.
