Hi, I’m Heath. I’ve been working in the mental health and human services field for over 15 years, supporting both youth and adults through a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, PTSD, and other mental health concerns. I work with individuals who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. Many of the people I support are dealing with trauma, life transitions, or ongoing emotional struggles that feel hard to manage alone. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself and know that you won’t be judged. My approach is supportive, direct, and practical. I use evidence-based techniques, including trauma-informed care and interpersonal therapy, while focusing on what works best for you as an individual. Together, we’ll work at your pace to better understand your experiences and build tools to help you feel more in control of your life. Whether you’re navigating past trauma, relationship challenges, or simply trying to feel like yourself again, you don’t have to go through it alone.
