Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with a master’s degree in Counseling and a background working with children, adolescents, adults, and military families across outpatient, inpatient, and experiential settings. Clients often describe me as grounded, calm, and easy to talk to. I focus on creating a supportive space where you can explore what’s going on without judgment and begin moving toward meaningful, sustainable change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, grounded, and tailored to each person I work with. I blend evidence‐based therapies like CBT, DBT, CPT, and Solution‐Focused work with a trauma‐informed lens, helping clients understand patterns at a pace that feels safe. I focus on practical tools, emotional insight, and building sustainable change that fits your goals and personality. Above all, I want therapy to feel supportive, empowering, and genuinely useful in your day‐to‐day life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, supportive space where we talk about what’s been going on and what you’re hoping to change. We’ll explore your goals at a pace that feels comfortable and begin identifying what might be most helpful moving forward. My aim is for you to leave feeling heard, grounded, and with a clearer sense of direction.
