Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist who believes healing happens when you feel truly seen, supported, and understood. I bring over 15 years of experience helping people work through trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions. My style is calm, down‐to‐earth, and collaborative, I meet you where you are and walk with you at your pace. I love working with adults, young adults, veterans, LGBTQIA+ clients, and anyone looking for a safe space to grow. My goal is to help you feel grounded, hopeful, and empowered in your own life.

My approach to therapy

I take a calm, supportive, and down‐to‐earth approach to therapy, creating a space where you can be honest without feeling judged. I work collaboratively, helping you understand what you’re feeling, why it’s showing up, and what tools can help you feel more grounded and in control. My style is gentle but direct. I’ll validate your experience while also helping you challenge patterns that no longer serve you. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and co‐occurring concerns, and I tailor each session to what you need that day. My goal is to help you feel safe, understood, and empowered as you move toward real, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming space where you can talk openly at your own pace. We’ll focus on getting to know what you’re experiencing, what you want help with, and what feels most important to you right now. I’ll ask gentle, easy questions to understand your goals, and together we’ll decide what direction feels right for you. My priority is to help you feel comfortable, supported, and confident that you’re in the right place.
