Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges and create meaningful change. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, postpartum challenges, and emotional overwhelm.

As a Certified Grief Counselor, grief and loss are an important part of my work, but they are only one area of my practice. Whether you’re struggling with a major transition, feeling stuck or overwhelmed, having difficulty in your relationships, adjusting to parenthood, or simply feeling like something needs to change, therapy can provide a supportive place to work through it.

My approach to therapy

Therapy should feel like a place where you can be yourself, talk openly, and feel genuinely heard without judgment. Clients often tell me they feel comfortable opening up with me quickly, and I believe that feeling comfortable with your therapist is an important part of making therapy work.

What you can expect from me

My approach is warm, relaxed, and down-to-earth. You don’t need to know exactly what to say, have everything figured out, or worry about saying the “right” thing. We’ll start wherever you are and work through things together.

I want our sessions to feel like a real conversation, not an intimidating or overly clinical experience. There may be times when we laugh, times when things feel heavy, and times when I gently challenge you to look at something differently. My goal is for you to leave therapy feeling supported and understood, while also gaining practical tools and new perspectives that can help you in everyday life.
