Great to meet you!

I've dedicated my career to guiding people on a journey toward emotional wellness. Do you often feel like an invisible wall is holding you back? You're not alone. The good news is, we can break down that wall together, piece by piece.

My approach to therapy

What sets me apart is my use of active engagement during sessions. Our sessions won't just be 'talk and nod.' We will link past and present to make the changes needed for a more fulfilling and productive future and work to help you achieve lasting change.

What you can expect from me

The first session will unfortunately be me asking a few questions and trying to get to know your current struggle and how it could be linked to previous trends and cycles. I am great at following along with the story and will take notes so that I can ask specific questions to fill in the holes.
