Great to meet you!

I am open, casual, and friendly. I have a lifetime of experience and I love to help other's feel seen and heard. I am originally an art major turned teacher! I went back to school to become a therapist after experiencing the way therapy helped me throughout my own life. I am able to hold space for those who have experienced deep trauma, which led me into training for EMDR therapy.

My approach to therapy

I focus primarily on assisting client's with getting to the root cause of their issues and reframing their trauma through an EMDR/ trauma focused lens. I believe that change is always possible and that making positive changes with our thought patterns and our life can lead to more connection and fulfillment.

What you can expect from me

I will ask lots of questions to really get to know your history and story. It will be a casual and friendly conversation. My goal is to always help my clients feel safe, comfortable, and at peace.
