Great to meet you!

I help individuals struggling with mood disorders, anxiety, ADHD, addictions, and/or personality disorders achieve holistic wellness, strengthen adaptability and coping skills, promote self-acceptance, and find a sense of peace. I provide personalized, integrative treatment plans that may include medication management, lifestyle interventions, psychotherapy, specialized lab testing, supplements, and mind-body medicine to address root causes and empower clients to take charge of their well-being.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I prioritize building trusting relationships, I want every patient to feel heard and valued. You will have the time you need to express yourself fully, knowing I am here to listen and understand without judgment. I offer a free 15-minute consultation to discuss your initial thoughts and questions before scheduling a full intake appointment, ensuring our compatibility in your future care.

What you can expect from our first session

I believe holistic wellness begins with understanding the intricate connections between physical health, mental well-being, and the unique journey of each individual. My treatment plans are personalized, taking into account each patient's experiences, trepidations, values, and belief systems.

(Please note, for ADHD I typically will not prescribe stimulants on the first visit unless a QBtest is completed with my office or if you have previously been diagnosed by another provider.)
