Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed mental health counselor with a Master’s in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling. My private practice is a verdant space for healing, where the intricate layers of the human experience are honored and explored with care.

My work intertwines traditional psychotherapy with clinical hypnotherapy and integrative approaches, allowing us to delve into your inner world. I specialize in guiding teens and adults through anxiety, trauma, loss, self-worth issues, and spiritual questioning. I’m particularly drawn to the way our belief systems, rooted in faith, intuition, or the enigmatic pull of the unknown, can beckon us toward insight and growth.

Through evidence-based tools, creative inquiry, and mind-body practices, we work to transcend the limits of old patterns and step into new ways of being.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, respectful, and attuned to each client’s unique story. I draw from person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed frameworks, creating a space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to explore both challenges and possibilities.

I work integratively, blending evidence-based practices with more experiential techniques like hypnotherapy, guided imagery, and parts work when appropriate. I often support clients in exploring how belief systems (spiritual, religious, cultural, or personal) shape their experiences, identities, and healing processes. This focus helps many people feel more whole, grounded, and aligned in their growth.

I tailor our work to your goals and preferences.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to create a warm, grounded environment where insight and change can naturally unfold. I offer a space that is nonjudgmental, collaborative, and paced to meet your needs.

Together, we often focus on clarifying what truly matters to you, identifying what’s getting in the way, and strengthening your ability to navigate life with more confidence, compassion, and clarity.

You’ll also find that our work can include deeper levels of inner exploration, as a way to access insight, shift longstanding patterns, and reconnect with your internal resources.
