Great to meet you!

I am Heather Brooke and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I've my Master's in Community Mental Health Counseling and have been practicing for 10 years and have experience working with individuals of all ages, families and couples. I have 5 years experience providing neurofeedback. I have two daughters ages 19 and 10 and a 2 year old Bichon Aussiedoodle. In my free time I enjoy going to the lake, paddle boarding, boating, hiking, going to concerts, acting and spending time with my family.

My approach to therapy

I believe in meeting my clients where they are. There is no one size fits all approach to therapy and I work with clients where they are at. I incorporate Christianity into sessions when working with other Christians and when it is asked for.

What you can expect from me

My hope in working with me would be that clients are able to walk away with tools to help them better themselves in whatever stage or place in life they find themselves. I want to see my clients become the best version of themselves and at times that means challenging client's beliefs about themselves and/or their situation in a loving and caring manner.
