Great to meet you!

As a therapist specializing in OCD and PTSD, I'm passionate about helping teens and young adults become the best versions of themselves by learning to manage issues like intrusive thoughts, hypervigilance, and hopelessness.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe therapy should include space for laughter and joy as much as it does for grief and sadness. I use a variety of evidence-based modalities (ERP, ACT, DBT, etc.) that are proven to help people improve their mental health, but I'm also aware that there needs to be trust, in myself and in the process, for you to be able to have a positive and productive experience in therapy

What you can expect from our first session

Clients often leave sessions with greater insight about themselves and how they interact with the world around them, as well as actionable steps they can take towards achieving their goals and dreams.
