Great to meet you!

Hi there! I am an experienced licensed clinical social worker in New York City. I have a strong track record of helping teens and adults navigate depression, anxiety, and life transitions for over 15 years. I use a variety of techniques tailored to each person's needs, including psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), along with mindfulness-based stress reduction.

My approach to therapy

My approach is based on evidence and focuses on the mind-body connection. I like to compare life's challenges to passing clouds – some pass quickly, some more intense. As a clinician, my goal is to offer consistent support to assist in weathering the storms, helping clients understand their struggles and providing tools to manage them.

What you can expect from me

In our work together I will emphasize living in the present and highlight that emotions are temporary. Working together, clients build resilience to handle life's ups and downs. I am excited to start this journey with you, collaborating to nurture your growth and leverage your strengths.
