Great to meet you!

"Welcome—I'm glad you're here. As an LMFT with over 15 years of experience, I now focus exclusively on working with individuals. Over my career, I've worked extensively with college students and find that my clients, mostly women, tend to range in age from 20 to 60. I help individuals navigate ADHD, anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-critical thoughts, and the feeling of being stuck or disconnected from what matters most. In our work, I provide a compassionate and supportive space for you to build stronger, more resilient relationships—with yourself and with others."

My approach to therapy

Once we decide to work together, we'll act as partners in your journey. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS) to gently explore your inner world with compassion, and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) to build self-kindness. I also integrate CBT and ACT to provide practical tools for managing difficult thoughts and emotions. As we go, I'll be there to listen, challenge, and support you in building the skills needed to thrive.

What you can expect from me

The therapeutic process begins with an introductory session where you can comfortably share what brings you to therapy. We'll act as partners in your journey, setting goals together. My goal is to create a warm and welcoming space where you feel respected and supported every step of the way."
