Great to meet you!

I work with individuals and couples navigating life's challenges, with a particular focus on relational dynamics, fertility, perinatal mental health, and the transition to parenthood. I also help clients process and heal from unhealthy relationship dynamics. My work centers on helping clients gain insight into the patterns that shape their thoughts, emotions, and relationships, empowering them to move away from reactive behaviors and toward more intentional ways of living and connecting with others.

My approach to therapy

Our sessions are conversational and reflective, offering space to explore not only what you're experiencing, but why certain feelings, behaviors, and relationship patterns continue to emerge. Together, we'll work to identify what may be keeping you stuck, challenge unhelpful patterns, and develop greater self-awareness and intentionality.

I incorporate elements of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness to provide practical tools for managing emotions, navigating challenges, and making meaningful changes in everyday life. My goal is to strike a balance between insight and action, helping you not only understand yourself more deeply, but use that understanding to build a more fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin exploring what brings you to therapy. I'll ask questions about your background, relationships, current challenges, and what you're hoping to gain from our work together. My approach is warm, conversational, and collaborative, and we'll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. You'll also have the opportunity to ask questions and get a sense of my therapeutic style. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, and comfortable being yourself.
