Highly skilled to work with preteens, adolescents and adults from a trauma informed lens on many different mental health issues including anxiety, depression, at-risk behaviors, life changes and transitions, anger and behavioral issues, stress, grief and loss, and, interpersonal and school-based issues. I specialize in treating clients who have multi-layered, complicated, chronic and intersecting issues from all life domains.

My approach to therapy

Establishing rapport and connection is most important to healing. No problem is too big or small for therapy. My client centered approach is individualized, collaborative and judgement free grounded in evidenced based treatment modalities from CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Somatic Healing, Mindfulness and EFT Tapping.

What you can expect from me

During intake and sessions, clients can expect to feel safe, validated and empowered to heal, gain perspective, and healthy coping skills.
