Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist with more than 10 years of experience, working with teens and adults (ages 13+). I specialize in helping people navigate life’s challenges—from anxiety and depression to more complex emotional struggles and past experiences that may be hard to talk about. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of where to begin, you’re not alone—and reaching out is a powerful first step.

If you'd like to schedule, please reach out! I don't always have my availability listed, but I do currently have some openings.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive, and empowering space. My goal is to help you create meaningful change in your life while also offering honest, compassionate feedback along the way. I take a trauma-informed approach, and I tailor therapy to your unique needs and goals. I’m here to listen, to walk beside you, and sometimes, to offer some lovingly direct real-talk when it's helpful.

I draw from several evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and family systems work to support healing, growth, and clarity.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. You’ll have space to share what’s bringing you to therapy, and we’ll talk about what you hope to get out of our work together. I’ll ask some questions to help guide the process, but most importantly, I want you to feel safe and heard. From there, we’ll develop a plan that fits your needs and move forward at a pace that feels right for you.

If you’re looking for a collaborative, supportive space to work through life’s challenges and move toward the life you want to live, I’d be honored to work with you. Please feel free to reach out!
