Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Heather! As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I specialize in working with individuals and couples, as well as the relationships that make up their world. I specialize working with neurodivergent folks, those navigating anxiety, people pleasing, and perfectionism make peace with themselves, their relationships, and their bodies.

My approach to therapy

I believe the relationship we will form will be vital to the work we will do. I utilize an eclectic mix of modalities tailored to you and your goals for our time together. My hope is for us to help you (or you and your partner!) to be able to effectively create and hold boundaries, improve communication, reduce anxiety and shame, and most importantly live authentically.

What you can expect from me

During our first session we will get to know one another and navigate what you're looking for and how we can achieve these goals together. If you're not sure what you want or need that's okay! You don't have to have it all figured out on your own-- that's where I come in! We can co-create goals and discuss measurable ways we can achieve the life you're wanting to live.
