Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) who works with adults and young adults navigating anxiety, relationship stress, grief, life transitions, and emotional regulation. I take a practical, straightforward approach to therapy, focusing on insight and skills that actually translate to real life. I’m especially helpful for people who feel overwhelmed, stuck in their own heads, or emotionally reactive in relationships. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and in control of how you respond to stress.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, direct, and supportive. I work with clients to identify patterns, understand emotional triggers, and build coping tools that feel realistic and sustainable. I draw from evidence-based practices while tailoring therapy to your needs, pace, and goals. I believe therapy works best when it’s honest, practical, and focused on meaningful change—not just venting.

What you can expect from me

The first session is focused on getting to know you and understanding what’s bringing you to therapy right now. We’ll talk about your goals, what’s been hard, and what you’d like to be different, without pressure to share everything at once. I aim to create a calm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer sense of next steps and how we can work together
