Great to meet you!

Perhaps you are having difficulties in your primary relationships, perhaps there are stressors at work, perhaps you face a great choice and several obstacles are hindering your clarity and peace. I have been honored to witness individuals and couples overcome many barriers that initially seemed insurmountable. Based on the lived experience of those I work with I believe that a full, happy, and peaceful life is within reach for everyone who seeks it.

My approach to therapy

In addition to providing support for the ups and downs of life I do specialize in trauma, OCD/anxiety, and couples issues. I have been highly trained in such evidence-based modalities as EMDR, Exposure and Response Prevention, and CBT. I am also heavily influenced by IFS, the Gottman Method, and Attachment Theory.

What you can expect from me

I assure you that whatever fears, regrets, resentment or grief you are carrying... you are not alone, and there is a path to a lighter and brighter life. I would be honored to accompany you on this journey.
