Great to meet you!

I have been a therapist specializing in the treatment of trauma and eating disorders since 2008. I help sift through undigested traumas and help people metabolize them. I also look curiously with people to see all of the ways they are trying to manage life through addictive and compulsive behaviors. I look forward to exploring more satisfying ways of moving through and enjoying all of what life has to offer.

My approach to therapy

I take a trauma-informed, relational approach that focuses on safety, nervous system regulation and treating stuck patterns as protective wisdom, helping clients gently distinguish past threat from present choice.

What you can expect from me

I provide a place to exhale, share parts of your life and experiences that may be difficult to talk about and gently challenge old outdated ways of thinking and responding. I provide a team environment in which we target areas that you want to work on and come up with between session activities to practice. At the end of each session you will set intentions for the week and look with curiosity at what worked and didn't work to continue to move in the direction of your dreams.
