My approach to therapy

My intention is to provide an ethical, evidence-based and complementary approach to optimize your overall health. As a practitioner, I understands that a debt, death, divorce, disorder or disease does not define a person. Therefore, it is pertinent to onboard referrals such as therapy, neurofeedback and or functional medicine in addition to our mutually agreed upon treatment plan to your individualized care.

What you can expect from me

As a practitioner, I am most excited to apply a change in destructive language. You are neither a disease, nor a disorder. You are light, you are peaceful, and you are a deep breath. Language should empower and affect change not add layers of guilt, shame and doubt. I want to communicate with credibility, consensuality, compassion and consideration.
