Great to meet you!

What I most want you to know is that therapy with me is a soft landing place. I create a safe, inclusive space where you can show up exactly as you are—messy, unsure, hopeful, hurting, or all of the above—and still feel deeply seen and respected. I believe in the quiet power of a strong therapeutic relationship and how it can spark lifelong, healing change. My own lived experiences allow me to sit with you in the darker, heavier moments that may feel too big to carry alone, without judgment or rush. I offer a gentle, steady approach, giving us time to build real trust and safety so you can begin to breathe easier, reconnect with yourself, and move toward the life you’re longing for.

I offer a gentle approach to therapy, allowing time for trust and safety to build within the therapeutic relationship.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is gentle, collaborative, and grounded in trust. I move at your pace, creating a space where safety can grow over time and you never feel rushed or judged. I also love weaving creativity into our work—through imagery, movement, writing, art, or other expressive tools—to help you explore your story in new ways, tap into your inner wisdom, and discover fresh paths toward healing and growth.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming space where you’re invited to slow down, be yourself, and share as much—or as little—as feels right. I’ll spend our time really listening to your story, getting curious about what you’re hoping for, and gently exploring what support might be most helpful for you right now. There’s no pressure to have the “perfect” words or a clear plan; we’ll figure things out together, at your pace. If this resonates with you, I’d love to meet you—please choose a time from my calendar to schedule your first session.
