Great to meet you!

I strive to create a warm and safe space with a listening ear to validate what you've been going through. I love to work with individuals in a holistic manner to create mental health wellness that is focused on you as a biopsychosocial individual with your own story and needs.

My approach to therapy

I believe in the process of a client - therapist collaboration in session where I listen, challenge when needed, educate and inform, use Cognitive Behavioral Techniques, and eclectic strategies from DBT, Brainspotting and ACT as well to identify and cope with triggers, stress, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues

What you can expect from me

I want clients to walk away feeling validated, heard, empowered with tools, and filled with hope and a balanced life.
