Great to meet you!

With over 21 years of experience as a therapist, I have come to deeply trust the innate wisdom of the brain and body especially when working with trauma and grief. I believe that each of us already carries the capacity for healing within us. My role is not to “fix” you, but to walk alongside you- helping you to create the internal and relational safety that allows your nervous system to do what it naturally knows how to do: move towards healing, balance, and integration.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma and grief-informed, holistic, and somatic-based. We focus not only on understanding your story, but on listening to what your body and nervous system are communicating in the present moment. Many people come to therapy feeling stuck- emotionally, relationally, or physically- despite years of insight and effort. Often, this is because healing requires more than cognitive understanding; it requires regulation, safety, and attunement at the nervous system level. I am certified in Barinspotting, Acudetox (ear acupuncture), Neurofeedback, and the Safe + Sound Protocol.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance to have a real conversation, not an interview of just answering a bunch of questions, to get to know your story, your struggles, and what you want out of therapy. I offer a warm and comfortable environment where you can truly feel seen and heard.
