Great to meet you!

What we resist, persists. I understand how difficult it is to make changes in our lives. We all continue to repeat the same patterns in some way. It is natural to want to resist change; however, it is possible to break through the resistance. If you are reading this you have already decided to face resistance. I commend you, and I am here to support you in taking the next steps on the path you have already chosen. You are not alone. We can do this together, no matter what you are struggling with.

My approach to therapy

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I provide a compassionate space for individuals, couples, and families to grow in order to break through unhealthy cycles and stop them from repeating. Change is constant; you are not the same person you were yesterday. If we can learn to embrace the change and flow in life, I firmly believe we can find peace.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know each other. The relationship we build is the foundation for everything else. We'll talk through your goals, and how I can best support you along the way. You don't have to tell me everything on day one; trust is built over time. My hope is that you leave feeling a little more seen than when you arrived.
