Great to meet you!

Whether you're coming to therapy individually, as a couple, or as a family, my goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel understood, challenged in healthy ways, and empowered to move toward lasting growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each person's unique needs. I believe people are not broken; they have developed ways of coping that made sense at one point in their lives. Together, we'll explore the thoughts, emotions, behaviors, relationships, and life experiences that shape your current challenges while building practical skills to create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

I integrate evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, Solution-Focused Therapy, Bowen Family Systems, Attachment Theory, Narrative Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I draw from these approaches based on your goals rather than using a one-size-fits-all model.
