Great to meet you!

Hi, I am Heather Fairfax with over 27 years of behavioral health experience, I specialize in anxiety, trauma, grief, and relationship challenges. I work with adults, couples, and families, helping them find strength in the face of life’s difficulties. My approach is solution-focused, meaning we’ll work together to identify what’s holding you back and develop practical, effective ways to help you move forward. Therapy isn’t about fixing you—you’re not broken. It’s about understanding yourself, building on your strengths, and creating a life that feels fulfilling and balanced.

My approach to therapy

Life can feel overwhelming. Maybe anxiety is keeping you up at night, past trauma still lingers, or grief feels like a weight you can’t shake. Perhaps your relationships feel strained, or you’re just tired of carrying everything alone. You’re here because you want change, healing, clarity, and the ability to move forward without fear holding you back. I want you to know you don’t have to do this alone.

What you can expect from me

I know that reaching out for help isn’t easy. It takes courage to face pain, process emotions, and step into change. But you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself, feel heard, and start healing at your own pace. If you’re ready to take that step, I’d be honored to walk this journey with you.
