Great to meet you!

I’m a warm, direct, and down to earth therapist who believes growth happens through honesty, insight, and action.

My style is REBT (Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy) informed and collaborative, meaning we’ll actively work on identifying patterns that keep you stuck, challenging unhelpful beliefs, and building healthier ways of thinking and coping.

Clients often describe me as encouraging, relatable, and easy to talk to, while also being clear and direct. I bring humor into the room when appropriate and believe therapy can be both meaningful and human, not stiff or intimidating. I’ll support you, challenge you, and walk alongside you as you do the work!

My approach to therapy

I use a directive, REBT informed approach that focuses on helping clients understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors grounded in the reality that life is going to life sometimes. So, we'll call out the rigid, unrealistic demands you’re placing on lifeand replace them with beliefs that actually work in the real world.

Therapy is active and intentional, we don’t just talk about problems, we work on them. I provide honest feedback, practical tools, and accountability while maintaining a supportive and encouraging environment.

My goal is to help clients develop insight, emotional resilience, and skills they can use long after therapy ends.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, we’ll spend time getting to know one another, discussing what brings you to therapy, and building a foundation of trust and rapport.

I’ll ask questions to better understand your background, current stressors, and goals for therapy.

I also tend to dive in fairly quickly. By the end of the session, I aim to have a clear understanding of what you’re struggling with and what direction our work will take.

Clients often leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and clearer about what we’ll focus on moving forward.
