Great to meet you!

My style is warm, straightforward, and practical. I have extensive experience working with teens and understand that counseling isn’t always their idea. I focus on creating a comfortable, nonjudgmental space where clients can be themselves without feeling lectured or labeled.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored to each client. I use CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and strengths-based strategies to help clients understand patterns, build coping skills, and make positive changes that fit their lives.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about getting to know you and understanding what brings you to counseling. There is no pressure to share everything at once. We’ll discuss your concerns, what you hope to gain from therapy, and begin identifying goals together.
