Great to meet you!

Therapy is my second profession. I am also a Registered Nurse. I worked in the hospital setting for 17 years prior to becoming an LMFT and starting my private practice. I have a BSN from EMU and I graduated from Evangelical University with my Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2021.

For appointments: It's better to email me directly rather than trying to set up appointments through Headway's online scheduling option to the right. The calendar does not always reflect with accuracy the appointments that are available. In your email, please let me know you found me through Headway and would like to use your insurance.

Please note: I am able to accept insurance for individual therapy. Couples therapy is available through private pay only. Email me at [email protected]

My approach to therapy

I enjoy working with clients of all ages. My style is collaborative. I trust that YOU are the expert on your life and I bring heart, wisdom, knowledge, and skill to the relationship that can help you on your journey towards health and wholeness.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to walk away from sessions feeling seen and heard, understood and genuinely cared for... That doesn't mean it's going to be easy. It takes courage to face hard things in therapy but I am here to walk with you through it. I strive to create the safety necessary for you to show up in honest ways so we can work together to help you achieve your goals.
