Great to meet you!

I’ve spent my career supporting people through some of their hardest moments—crisis units, inpatient care, disability rehabilitation, and corporate healthcare. Being a foster parent gave me a firsthand view of how families cope under intense strain. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, I specialize in the mental‐health impact of chronic illness, disability, and identity shifts. I believe people are more resilient than they realize, and the right support helps them access it.

My approach to therapy

I don’t use a one‐size‐fits‐all approach. I draw from Motivational Interviewing, Solution‐Focused Brief Therapy, and behavioral strategies based on what you actually need. I’m direct but warm, practical and goal‐focused. I’ll reflect things honestly, ask meaningful questions, and help you take the next right step—whatever progress looks like for you.

What you can expect from me

Expect a conversation, not a checklist. I’ll ask what brought you in, what you’ve tried, and what you hope life looks like on the other side of this. You don’t need to have answers—that’s what the session is for. There’s no pressure to commit; your job is to see if this feels like a good fit and leave with a sense of what working together could look like.
