Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based out of Redding, California, and working with clients statewide via teletherapy. I work with adults and specialize in hoarding, OCD, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, grounded in the belief that each client brings their own expertise and lived experience to the work we do together. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Grief and Loss Support, Exposure and Response Prevention, and Motivational Interviewing to help clients explore creative solutions and strengthen their overall quality of life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my priority is to get to know you and begin building a foundation of trust. I’ll ask about your current experiences and the challenges you’ve been facing—not to judge, but to better understand your story. Every person’s relationship with mental health is unique, and I value the opportunity to learn what support looks like for you in a space where you can feel safe and heard.
