Great to meet you!

Healing begins in a space where people feel safe, respected, and heard. A trauma-informed and culturally responsive approach allows each person’s experiences and identity to be honored without judgment. Many clients arrive carrying stress, anxiety, trauma, or relationship struggles that have been held inside for years. Therapy offers a place to slow down, process what has been carried alone, and build insight and practical skills for lasting emotional balance, confidence, and connection. Glow from within once again.

Specializing in anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions using evidence-based, trauma-informed care. Therapy focuses on emotional safety, practical tools, and meaningful change.

You may have spent a long time holding everything together while feeling worn down inside. A supportive therapy space allows you to finally breathe, reflect, and begin healing in a way that feels safe and respectful. You are worthy of care and support.

My approach to therapy

Care focuses on anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Treatment may include skill-building, emotional processing, and behavior change strategies. Clients often experience improved mood, stronger boundaries, and greater emotional balance.

I provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and LGBTQIA affirming care. My approach sees clients as whole people, not just symptoms, and encourages them to show up fully. I integrate mindfulness, meditation, and somatic movement to support healing, resilience, and balance in both mind and body.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a welcoming, non-judgmental, and collaborative environment where they feel safe to share at their own pace. My priority is to understand what brings you to therapy, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you hope to gain from counseling.

We’ll spend time discussing current concerns, relevant history, and how symptoms are impacting daily life, relationships, and overall well-being. I also focus on identifying strengths, coping strategies you already use, and what has or hasn’t been helpful in the past.

Together, we’ll begin to outline initial goals for therapy, such as reducing anxiety, improving emotional regulation, strengthening relationships, or increasing self-understanding. Clients often leave the first session with a clearer sense of direction, increased insight, and reassurance that they don’t have to navigate challenges alone.

I strive to create a supportive, trauma-informed space that emphasizes collaboration, clarity, and practical tools to support meaningful change.
