Great to meet you!

Hello! I'm Heather Gonzales, a Licensed Professional Counselor who is passionate about helping individuals navigate life's challenges with confidence and hope. I provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences while developing healthy coping skills and resilience. I have a special interest in helping clients work through grief, anxiety, life transitions, and personal growth. My goal is to meet you where you are and partner with you on your journey toward healing and well-being.

My approach to therapy

I take a compassionate, collaborative approach to therapy, tailoring each session to my clients’ unique needs and goals. Using evidence-based methods such as CBT, mindfulness, and person-centered therapy, I help clients build coping skills, increase self-awareness, and create meaningful change. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, empowered, and able to grow through life’s challenges.

What you can expect from me

I begin with an introductory session where we get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. Together, we'll explore your goals, concerns, and hopes for the counseling process.
