Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who earned my Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Santa Barbara. I support individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and major life transitions. As a lifelong member of the LGBTQ+ community, I bring both lived experience and clinical training to my work. I value creating a space where people can explore who they are, how they relate to others, and what matters most to them. I have particular experience supporting LGBTQ+ clients, people in alternative relationship structures, and anyone who has felt misunderstood, unseen, or pressured to fit into expectations that don't feel authentic.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and deeply affirming. I work with clients to understand how their experiences, relationships, identities, and cultural environments have shaped the ways they cope, connect, and view themselves. Together, we identify patterns that may no longer be serving them—such as perfectionism, people-pleasing, all-or-nothing thinking, or shame—and develop greater self-awareness, self-trust, and flexibility. My goal is to help clients build lives and relationships that feel authentic, meaningful, and aligned with their values.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and determine whether we're a good fit. I strive to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where clients can share as much or as little as they feel comfortable discussing. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, the challenges you're facing, what you've already tried, and what you hope will be different in your life. By the end of the session, most clients leave with a clearer understanding of their goals and a sense of how we might work together to move toward them.
