Great to meet you!
Life right now has become extremely challenging to navigate; there is immense uncertainty and regardless of what walk of life we are from it seems everyone is touched by it. It's more important than ever to find ways to cope and attend to our own mental health. As an LMFT, I assist in the exploration of a person's individual and attachment needs and relationships to help them find emotional improvement. My experience is in treating patients with anxiety, depression, family/parent conflict, grief/loss, relational problems, and with navigating life transitions like divorce. People come to see me when their ability to cope with life's stresses and have meaningful interpersonal relationships is impacted.
I have worked with families in various capacities for over 18 years in the field across multiple settings at schools and in clinics. I continue to work with families in another profession I currently maintain. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology.
