Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker and believe that when seeking health we use our strengths as well as identifying the areas in which we struggle to frame the work we will do together. I use multiple therapeutic approaches that are best practices, well-researched and effective at symptom reduction. Ultimately, the client's needs determine the focus of treatment and we will work together to set goals, discuss the methods we will use and how we will measure success.

My approach to therapy

Change happens through understanding and action. I will use an empathic, problem-solving approach as well as cognitive behavioral strategies to help empower you to both manage symptoms and create your healthier reality.

What you can expect from me

In each session we will focus on the life areas that you wish to change, explore origins of problems but really tackle how you might effect meaningful growth and change.
