Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and veteran who understands the importance of service, resilience, and finding purpose through life’s transitions. After leaving the military, I felt called to continue serving others in a meaningful way, which led me to become a therapist. My personal experience with trauma gives me deep respect for how challenging — and courageous — the healing process can be.

I hold a Master of Social Work and have experience working with those navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, and relationship challenges. I am trauma-informed and draw from multiple evidence-based approaches, tailoring therapy to fit each client’s values, beliefs, and goals. I believe there is no “one-size-fits-all” in therapy — our work together is collaborative and built around what feels most helpful and aligned for you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, client-centered, and grounded in trust. I believe healing happens in a space where you feel safe, respected, and truly heard. I meet you exactly where you are and move at a pace that feels comfortable, focusing on goals that matter most to you.

I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches and tailor them to align with your personal values, beliefs, and strengths. There is no one-size-fits-all method — together, we create a process that supports meaningful growth, resilience, and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a welcoming and supportive space where you don’t have to have everything figured out. We’ll spend time getting to know each other, talking about what brought you to therapy, and exploring what you hope to gain from our work together. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your background, current challenges, and strengths, but there’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready to.

My priority is building trust and helping you feel comfortable. Together, we’ll begin identifying goals and discussing what a pace and approach might look like that feels right for you.
