My approach to therapy

I'm a Licensed Independent Social Worker Supervisor. I graduated in 2002 from Portland State University. I am a Certified ADHD, Anxiety, & Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist. I have specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help treat anxiety & depression.

My strengths are in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, ADHD, Grief/Loss, Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, and Chronic illness.
