Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Heather!

An AuDHD eldest daughter, dog mom, and overall messy human being!

I became a therapist to help both myself and others overcome their lackluster childhood. It didn't even have to be "that bad" - chronic stress and misattunement during development causes CPTSD.

My approach to therapy

I am a human-first therapist, believing the relationship I have with clients is the most important factor.

I specialize in CPTSD from childhood + Neurodivergence, and all the associated issues: people-pleasing, self-abandonment, depression, anxiety, negative self-talk, etc.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you will see me sipping on various beverages. You might even see my son (dog) Finlee walking around. Please feel free to come as you are. Whether in bed, eating a snack, sobbing, I don't care. This is YOUR space; I adapt to you, not the other way around.

For the first few sessions, we will chat and get to know each other. Once we build that trust, you can expect me to act like a strict - but supportive - elder sister.
