Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience working with adults across private practice and community mental health settings. My work is grounded in deep clinical expertise and a genuine commitment to helping people feel understood, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change in their lives.

Over the past two decades, I’ve treated adults with the full spectrum of diagnostic presentations—from anxiety, depression, and trauma‐related concerns to relationship challenges, identity exploration, and complex life transitions. This breadth of experience allows me to meet each client with nuance, flexibility, and a treatment approach tailored to their unique needs.

My style is warm, collaborative, and steady. I integrate evidence‐based modalities with a grounded therapeutic presence, creating a space where clients can explore openly, build insight, and move toward greater clarity and resilience. Clients often describe me as calm, thoughtful, and easy to talk to, and I take care to ensure therapy feels like a true partnership.

My goal is to help you understand yourself more fully, navigate challenges with greater confidence, and build a life that feels aligned with who you are and what you value.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in over two decades of clinical experience. I integrate cognitive‐behavioral and psychodynamic strategies, allowing me to support clients in both practical, present‐focused ways and in deeper, insight‐oriented work. This combination helps clients build skills to manage symptoms while also understanding the patterns, experiences, and beliefs that shape their emotional lives.

I work thoughtfully and intentionally, tailoring treatment to each person’s needs, pace, and goals. Clients often describe my style as steady, supportive, and grounded. I aim to create a space where people feel safe enough to be honest, supported enough to take risks, and empowered enough to make meaningful, lasting change.

My focus is on helping adults navigate the full range of diagnostic presentations—from anxiety and depression to trauma, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and complex life transitions. No matter what brings someone in, I approach each client with respect, curiosity, and a commitment to helping them move toward greater clarity, resilience, and well‐being.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to create a calm, supportive environment where you can begin to share what brings you in and what you’re hoping to change or understand more deeply. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to get a sense of your history, current concerns, and the patterns or experiences that may be influencing how you’re feeling today. Together, we’ll begin clarifying your goals for therapy and identifying what would feel most helpful for you moving forward.

Clients often describe the first session as grounding and relieving—a chance to slow down, feel heard, and start making sense of things with someone who is steady, warm, and genuinely engaged. You can expect a collaborative conversation, not a rushed assessment. My aim is for you to leave with a clearer understanding of the process, a sense of direction, and the feeling that you’re in a space where you can be honest, supported, and fully yourself.
