Great to meet you!

I’m an individual and family therapist specializing in adolescents, adults, and parents coping with anxiety, depression, PMDD, relationship issues, and life transitions including infertility, pregnancy, the postpartum experience, and new parenthood. For families, I specialize in supporting parents and teens or adult children experiencing conflict, communication issues, or disconnection. Together, we’ll unpack the feelings, histories, and inner narratives that affect our relationships and work toward repairing harm, building understanding, and developing healthier ways of relating.

My approach to therapy

Within my practice, I offer a warm, collaborative space where it’s safe to bring your full self—your strengths, your stuck points, and the parts you’re still figuring out. I believe that when we feel safe enough in a therapeutic relationship to take risks and let down walls, we pave the way for insight and growth that lead to meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be an opportunity to discuss your hopes and goals for therapy and to begin sharing more of your story. We'll also get to know each other as we take the first steps toward building trust and a supportive therapeutic relationship.
