Great to meet you!

My name is Heather Krause; I have been a social worker for nearly 20 years and hold the credential of a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), providing one-on-one therapy. My professional experience spans various settings, including roles in hospice care, human services, advocacy and more.

My approach to therapy

Navigating midlife and beyond brings unique challenges and opportunities which can feel overwhelming. As a therapist, I want to support you through these changes and explore what makes the most sense for you and your life. The physical, emotional and spiritual changes that come with aging are complex; you do not have to go through them alone.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a space for you to feel seen and heard, where authenticity is welcomed and explored, and you have opportunities to rediscover your inner strength and wisdom. Our journey together will include developing a strong therapeutic connection and utilizing trauma informed practices.

Your healing journey is unique to you. Together, we will identify meaningful goals and develop healthy coping strategies so you can truly embrace the vibrancy and richness you desire in your life.
