My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is to meet the client where they are. We will approach your issues from a systems perspective looking at the complex dynamic process that brought you where you are today. I utilize treatments based on the issue you are confronting instead of a one-size-fits-all.

What you can expect from me

I have generally received feedback from clients in the form of words like transformed, healed, heard, and "you changed my view of therapy to a positive view." Many clients felt like they weren't getting what they needed before. You can expect that I will give you the space to be heard and listened to, and we will work together to reach your goals.
