Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master's in Professional Counseling. I have more than 11 years of experience working with clients across the lifespan. Working with such a diverse population has allowed me to become very experienced in working with all areas of life, including children, adolescents, adults and families. I specialize in children and adolescent mental health, specifically depression, anxiety and trauma.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should suit the client, not the therapist. Because of this, I have spent years training in many different approaches to therapy, so the people I work with get the most out of their experience.

What you can expect from me

It's import to set goals in therapy and to measure our progress. This way, we can work together to make sure you are getting the benefits you are seeking.
