Great to meet you!

Welcome to my counseling practice! With 13 years of experience, primarily working with adolescents and their families, I bring a creative and calming approach to therapy. I have 4 years of experience in private practice, and an extensive background in education, having spent 10 years working in school-based mental health. I hold a masters and a doctorate degree in mental health counseling, and have a love of helping others learn more about themselves.

My approach to therapy

Whether you're dealing with personal struggles, relationship issues, or seeking growth, there is a creative, fun and encouraging way to deal with these. Partnering with people and with a safe community holds the key for growth. Also, I believe that you hold the answers for the change that you need. Whether coming to counseling is huge step for you or part of your regular self-care routine, I am proud of you for advocating for YOU!

What you can expect from me

I like to start by getting to know you and your goals. We might discuss using additional assessments or just work together to identify our next steps. You can expect that we will build a relationship that will allow us to consider the best goals and outcomes for you and your needs, I know from experience that it can be difficult being vulnerable and open, but I also like to have fun. To that end, I prioritize cultivating a creative and fun environment that helps you feel relaxed and comfortable.
