Great to meet you!

I specialize in helping people with OCD and anxiety who feel stuck in cycles of intrusive thoughts, rumination, reassurance seeking, perfectionism, people pleasing, and fear of making the “wrong” decision. Many of my clients describe feeling caught in constant overthinking: replaying conversations, second guessing themselves, trying to get certainty, or working hard to avoid mistakes.

This cycle can feel overwhelming, isolating, and mentally draining. In my work, I help clients step out of these patterns so they can feel more grounded, make decisions with more clarity, and reconnect with their values and daily life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative and grounded in evidence based treatment for OCD and anxiety. I am trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and incorporate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness based strategies to help clients shift the cycles that keep them stuck. In session, we focus on increasing awareness of these patterns in real time and building more flexible, values-based responses. Therapy is tailored to your needs and paced to feel supportive while helping you make meaningful and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll start with an introduction and spend time getting a clear sense of what’s been bringing you in. We’ll look at how OCD and anxiety are showing up in your daily life, including the thought and behavior patterns that feel most stuck or distressing. From there, we’ll begin identifying what you want to focus on in therapy and set goals that feel practical, relevant, and aligned with your needs.
