Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker and am currently earning a second master's degree and a certificate in Adventure-Based Counseling. I am excited to share techniques from a variety of evidence-based practices, including experiential counseling.

My approach to therapy

Life is an adventure! I invite you to be my guide as we navigate the path to health and healing. No matter the terrain, my primary aim is to focus on helping you achieve your treatment goals and to provide a supportive and encouraging environment. As we traverse the path, I will offer tools, techniques, and methods for creating meaningful outcomes, tailored to your personal preferences. Change is hard and I believe in your ability to face and overcome challenges as we integrate solutions and new perspectives into the mix. As the saying goes, "anything worth having is worth working for." Allow me to assist you in this wild, weird, wonderful journey of life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect to find curiosity, empathy, and creativity as we begin the process of discovering your strengths and unique treasures.
