Great to meet you!

Being human isn’t easy; especially when you’ve experienced trauma or are managing multiple challenges at once. I work with teens, young adults, and adults navigating trauma, complex mental health concerns, and co-occurring disorders such as anxiety, depression, bi-polar disorder. I also work with grief and loss, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, ADHD, and parenting stress.

As an EMDR-trained therapist, I help clients process past experiences, reduce distress, and move toward healing. Therapy offers a safe, supportive space to better understand patterns and build practical tools to feel more stable, grounded, and in control.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative- therapy is an opportunity for us to think out loud together and ultimately develop strategies, skills and new belief systems. I am trained in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Eye Movement Desensitization Therapy (EMDR). To schedule a complimentary consult, visit www.MindMovingTherapy.com.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you: your concerns, goals, and what’s bringing you to therapy.

My approach integrates evidence-based psychotherapy, neuroscience, and mind-body techniques, tailored to your unique needs, strengths, and experiences. Together, we’ll begin identifying patterns and creating a path forward that feels manageable and supportive.

I currently offer virtual sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Please note: we do not accept EAP plans at this time.
