Whether you are becoming a parent or stepping into a new chapter, it can stir up more emotions than we expect. When your days feel heavy or your mind feels constantly “on,” it can be hard to find balance. I specialize in supporting new parents and young adults through anxiety and major life transitions, helping you slow down, breathe easier, and rediscover your sense of balance and peace.
My approach to therapy is grounded in a strength-based perspective. I believe you already hold many of the tools you need within you, and our work together is about uncovering and nurturing them. Sessions are your space to slow down, reflect on what matters most, and explore your experiences with curiosity and compassion. Together, we’ll work as partners to help you move toward healing and growth.
In our first few sessions, we’ll take time to explore your story and what brings you to counseling. Together, we’ll decide how often to meet and what feels most important to focus on in our work. You set the pace and help shape the direction of each session. My hope is that our virtual sessions become a supportive and secure space where you can share openly, feel truly seen, and begin to restore balance and confidence in yourself.
